Terms and Conditions:
Each of the Casa Virtual Workshop Series is unique, with a different number of days, hours and price for each. Find the workshop you are interested in from the list below. Workshop enrollment is limited to a maximum set out by the workshop instructor. Reservations are based on availability and are accepted in the order in which they are received. Wait lists are also formed in the order that requests are received.
Missed a session, got called away or just want to review, no worries. Participants may access videos of the workshop for up to 3 weeks after class ends.
Materials lists and how to access the workshop online will be provided after registration and closer to workshop date.
Cancellation Policy – By completing your registration transaction with your payment in full, you are agreeing to accept the following cancellation policy: Part of your workshop reservation payment in full is a $50. non-refundable registration fee. The payment is non-transferable to any other person or workshop unless agreed upon and confirmed by Casa de los Artistas, Inc.
If for any reason you must cancel for the workshop once registered, the cancelling student shall contact the Casa in writing, either by mail or email as soon as possible to facilitate a replacement. If cancellation is prior to 30 days of the workshop start date Casa de los Artistas will issue a full refund minus the $50. registration fee and if payment was paid by PAYPAL, the refund will also be minus the PayPal Fee. If cancellation by student is within 30 days of the start date of the workshop there will be no refund. No refunds will be made within 30 days of the start date of the workshop for any reason, no-shows, schedule changes, medical conditions, sicknesses, etc. unless the workshop is full and the space is filled by a paid replacement confirmed by the Casa. The online workshops will be available however to view and be reviewed by all registered participants for that workshop for up to 2 weeks after the end of the workshop.
Casa de los Artistas, Inc. reserves the right to cancel workshops or even reschedule workshops for future dates due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. In the unlikely case the instructor can not conduct a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen or unusual circumstances and cannot teach the scheduled workshop, Casa de los Artistas, Inc. will reschedule the instructor to a later date without penalty to Casa de los Artistas, Inc. The Casa will do its best to reschedule the workshop and same instructor to a later date without additional penalty to the student. Registrations fees will not be raised or adjusted for rescheduled workshops. Upon a confirmed cancellation of a workshop by Casa de los Artistas, Inc. or the instructor, a full refund or offer to transfer to a different workshop of equal value, will be issued.
